i think the standard of chinese in my class is REALLY low. as in. really really absolutely terribly astonishingly low. like, 58/100-can-beat-more-than-half-the-class-low.

anyway, i just have to count on my jian bao xD

oh and tues training was so retarded and slack.

THEORY lesson, then 10 sets of 500m at ANY intensity.

i was doing like, 70% then sprint then 40% then 65% then sprint then 30% and basically rowing according to how i feel like rowing. so 1 minute you will see me sprinting like mad, and the next i would be stroking.

anyway im getting back my laptop tmr!! yayness :D
