firstly, thanks to everyone who made my birthday just great :D

and thank you to those who got me gifts as well. though some really weird cheapskate ones.

ANYWAY. lets start from tues training

it sucked balls.


we couldnt go on the water cause mr goh was in thailand and mr ismail's mother had a heart attack. and theres this stupid rule saying if the coach isnt on the water. we cant go down. wtf.

so we did circuit. at the fitness station area.

like 10 chinups, 20 leg raises, 30 back dips, 30 sit ups, 20-20/30 small/big log raises, and 30 inclined pull ups.

4 sets. with 2 mins rest in between each set with no rest in between the stations.

kenneth vomited.

ok anyway. on to the happier stuff.

so after that, me and leon cabbed to kenneths house.

and um we just hung around in his house. then like slowly the people invited started to come and things got noisier and better.

it wasnt as fun as i initially wanted it to be, some of the time we got quite bored. but overall i think we all had a great time playing video games, cards, times up, munchkin, pool watching saw and singing karaoke. yeah. karaoke.

and simply bullshitting la.

but saw creeped the shit out of everyone. nicholas was like

"oh my god i wanted to cry just now (during some shit ass scary scene)"

darren was like "go with me to the toilet!"

and like. we needed six people to go down to the basement together.

yes and half of us didnt sleep. the other half slept for less than 3 hours.

ivp thingy today

stupid i tell you.

first we have china people coming to our booth. and they dont understand a thing we are trying to say. and vice versa.

secondly, we have businessmen who think we are as pro as them and expect us to have a working, full size model.

thirdly we have cocky people who come just to find fault with our product.

fourthly we have blind people who give their name/business card to the noob primary sch people but not to us.

ok so the last one only applied to one guy. but whatever.

GRAH. IM BORED TO TEARS AT HOME THESE FEW DAYS.

anw. triangle was a stupid movie. im like going to make a movie when i grow up, call it square, and makes sure it owns triangle's ass.

ok on a seperate note, training sucks.

we did like 2km sprints on saturday and my timing was damn slow. like ave of 10.26

))))))))):

and then 18km on monday. 18! like WHAT THE HELL WE MIGHT AS WELL DO 4 MORE K AND FINISH THE MARATHON!!

anyway, on a separate note (what? cant i have three notes in one post?) im super happy now cause my mum and dad got me ralph lauren cologne and a ps3 respectively for my bday/xmas!

i have been reflecting and i think i have been rather mean to certain people. and im really really sorry to these people. specifically, in no particular order:

Ryan Tan: i think i treated you rather badly this year, calling you a suck up and voting for you for the "bitchiest person in class" poll just cause everyone else did. and yet despite that you still (sortakinda) stood up for me towards the end of school. you were actually the one who got me thinking about all this, and im horribly sorry.

Winston Chew: ok, so you are extra, annoying and despo, but i know generally you are a nice person. and despite me sauning you everytime and bitching about you (even if you dont know it)
you can still take it lightly and not even be pissed at me. so, i want to take this chance to apologise.

Ben Soh: though i havent been bad to you the whole year since i rarely see and talk to you. but towards the end of the year, i think i was being rather horrible when i shouted at you to screw off and go back to your class, etc. etc. and i might not remember but im pretty sure i have suaned you more than once this year. yet, i know overall, you are a pretty decent person. for this im terribly sorry.

Chia Jeng Yang: ok, i still hate you for being the extra childish person you are, but i think besides that you are rather amiable and i also know you probably hate me too for being an asshole to you for no particular reason from your point of view. but, nonetheless, im sorry.

Kevin Beck: ok, frankly, i think everytime you get bullied, its cause you brought it upon yourself. however, im still really really sorry for bullying you all the time and even making you cry.

alright i know i havent been posting.

oh and just ignore the last post.

yeah anyway. the scouts camp was a complete waste of time. and our PLs are retarded. totally. retarded.

and now training is mad la. like i mean its not exactly super tiring, you only feel damn tired during the 16km of rowing.

and like, everytime we run its like 4km. so technically, we can like almost travel the breadth of singapore with our run and rowing combined. scary isnt it.

yeah anyway nowadays im getting damn sian at home. i seriously need to go out. the stupid scouts camp forced me to cancel 2 outings. bloody scouts.

yes and seriously im so bored that im playing cs with bots. and i learnt how to solve the rubiks cube in 2:17. not impressive but screw you. and and and. this is like, ultimate proof of my boredom: i tried installing maplestory. yeah.
